Clients of Brown & Brown of Kentucky know that Tatiana Llach cares about them.

“Tatiana always puts clients’ interests in front of hers and clients are very loyal because of that. She is a key teammate in our office. Tatiana joined the Louisville, Kentucky-based agency in 2018 as a producer. She has been in the insurance business for 11 years after making a career change from the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry.

“My background in hospitality has really shown me the importance of customer service and of taking the time to work with and explain things to customers,” she says. “Also, my ability to speak Spanish really benefits our Hispanic clients who aren’t very fluent in English, not just in helping with insurance matters but with other issues that come up.”

Tatiana enjoys helping people and her community. “I’m a problem solver,” she says, adding that everyone at Brown & Brown of Kentucky is committed to delivering outstanding service.

“We have a great team here, with great communication across the office,” she says. “Our clients know we will take care of them.”
