Our website currently uses cookies to help with navigation on our website and to maintain access quality for users. We use cookies to customize our site for returning visitors. We also use the following Google cookies:

Google Analytics: We use the Google Analytics tool to collect information about the use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. Google Analytics uses User-ID, Device-ID, and Modeling to create identity reporting. Google Analytics does not collect IP address or other identifying information. We also use a Google Analytics feature called User ID which allows for a more accurate tracking of users by associating that user with the same ID over various sessions and devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets). User ID does not allow Google to personally identify an individual or permanently identify a particular device. We may use the User ID extension to connect data from Google Analytics with other data about you collected by this site so that we can better understand how you use this site and improve how we tailor our business and marketing activities. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser.

For example, Google Ads would cause visitors to our site to see Acuity advertisements on the Google search results page or on a site in the Google Display Network. Although Google Ad plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google AdWords about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Ad’s use of cookies by using the Google Ad Preferences page. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page.

Acuity may also use pixel tags, web beacons, or other similar technologies (each, a "Tag"). A Tag is a small section of code that can be added to the HTML in a variety of ways. When a Tag is triggered, either by HTML content containing the Tag being rendered or a user's interaction triggering the Tag, the Tag transmits anonymous, non-personally identifiable information to a server, such as a numeric count, unique identifier, or IP address. We use Tags to, among other things, track the actions of website users and email recipients, measure the success of our communications, compile statistics about website usage and response rates on this website. We may also use Tags from third parties on our website to show interest-based ads to visitors of our website on sites across the Internet.

Google Places API Web Service: Portions of our website use the Google Places API Web Service, specifically the Place Autocomplete Service. The use of this service is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. You may opt-out of these services through Google’s currently available opt-outs for the web.
