After starting her career in media, Kristine transitioned to the insurance industry and joined North Risk Partners in 2017.

 

“I decided it was time to pursue something different and reinvent myself, and I’m glad I did,” Kristine says. “Every day is something new—a new way to help a client and a new situation to deal with. I’m always learning.”

 

Kristine says that outstanding customer service is built on empathy.

 

“Always remember your clients are just like you—a spouse, a parent, someone’s child. Treat your clients like they are family. Always smile, even when you are on the phone—people can hear the smile in your voice. And don’t forget your manners! Please and thank you go much further than you think,” she says, adding that her agency colleagues share her passion for service excellence.
