We use an independent firm to survey customers after a claim, asking them to rate their claims experience. 97% tell us they had a positive experience!

 

There are many reasons our claims satisfaction continues to lead the industry, including same-day contact on new claims, a single claims rep throughout the life of a claim, fast response, and fair treatment. However, the most important factor in our world-class claims service is the people who deliver it!
