The eSignature process begins on the submission page of our rating system. If coverage is bound, you can easily set up eSignature:

  1. Select yes in the eSignature Documents section
  2. Enter the required fields and note the authentication code
  3. Click submit application
  4. Provide the authentication code to the customer

 

The customer will then complete the process by clicking the sign your documents link from the eSignature welcome email and following the on-screen instructions.
