“Amanda has developed strong customer relationships through the years, and if something unfortunate happens to a customer, it saddens Amanda as well. She is truly connected emotionally to our customers,” says Jason Hall, President of the Stamford, Texas-based agency.

 

“Additionally, Amanda is always thinking about ‘what if this happens’ when reviewing coverages for a customer and trying to close coverage gaps to ensure they are fully covered,” Jason adds. “She is hard working, dedicated, and a true team leader for the other agents within our offices. She always takes time to speak with everyone and answer any questions they may have.” 

 

Amanda joined the agency 15 years ago. Her knack for customer service and insurance expertise earned her several promotions over the years, and she is today the agency’s COO.

 

“The keys to great customer service are quick response time, thorough knowledge of the product, the ability to problem-solve, and maintaining a positive attitude. I pride myself on being able to educate customers, help them customize their insurance to meet their needs, and help protect what they value most in business and in life,” Amanda says, adding that everyone at Stamford Insurance shares a commitment to service excellence.

 

“I enjoy working with my colleagues at Stamford Insurance because they have become family,” Amanda says. “Whether we are at the office or not, we have a sense of community that is unmatched.
