“Bri tackles issues head on and finds solutions for her clients. She ensures that client commitments are met or exceeded in a timely manner, and her customer focus has formed strong client relationships,” says Jodi Tousey, Account Manager/Team Leader. “Bri is a respected commercial lines team member because of her can-do attitude and her willingness to assist where needed.”

 

As a Commercial Account Manager in Ansay and Associates’ DePere, Wisconsin office, Bri lets the Golden Rule guide her service focus.

 

“I always want to provide the same service to customers that I would want to receive,” she says. “I’d want someone to be responsive, honest, and committed to doing what they can to assist. That’s what I strive to do.”

 

Bri has been with the agency for 10 years and holds the CISR designation. She says that the entire team at Ansay & Associates shares a commitment to service excellence.
