When it comes to loss control, Acuity’s resources deliver results.

Our loss control service starts with analyzing customers’ current management structure, operations, hazards, and facilities. We review past losses to determine trends and problem areas. We pair our knowledge of codes, standards, and programs with our experience assisting other businesses.

We then create a strategy for improving results, including:

  • Helping businesses create safety programs using model programs developed by Acuity
  • Performing comprehensive loss analysis to look for trends and suggest potential corrective actions after an incident
  • Developing recommendations on safety concerns
  • Participating in customers’ safety meetings and presentations
  • Advising on OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and other safety and health requirements
  • Conducting job site safety visits
  • Providing ergonomic and material handling assessments
  • Evaluating property loss potential
  • Providing quality safety literature

We also offer access to our vast library of free resources at the Safety Materials section of our website. We create most of our safety and loss control resources in-house using input from loss control reps who know first-hand what customers need. We also partner with J. J. Keller & Associates to offer free safety videos that customers can stream.
