CSR of the Month - Rebecca Anderson

ICI’s clients know they can count on Rebecca Anderson.

“Rebecca has been a trusted member of our Personal Insurance department for 18 years,” says agency President and CEO Ryan Murry. “She has always gone above and beyond for our clients, while keeping their best interests in mind.” 

As a Personal Insurance Advisor, Rebecca believes it’s her role to be an advocate for their clients. 

“We are here to help people protect their assets,” she says. “I strive to educate clients so they are fully informed about what they are purchasing and that they understand the coverage they are putting in place. Helping people is the most important part of what we do.”

Rebecca holds the CISR Elite and CPIW designations and works in ICI’s El Dorado, Kansas office. She enjoys the work she does and the team she works with.

“This is a great agency—we are like a family. No matter what happens, everyone is here for each other and to serve our clients. I work with great people who all like helping others,” she says.
