Acuity Insurance announced President Melissa Winter has been named to the company’s Board of Directors.

“Having worked with Melissa for many years at Acuity, I know she will complement the diversity and strength of our Board that will help lead Acuity into the future,” said Ben Salzmann, Acuity CEO. “Her selection as our newest Director also continues our carefully planned leadership transition.”

Winter began her career at Acuity in 1998 in the Claims Department and held various positions of increasing responsibility over time. She was named Vice President - Business Consulting in 2016 and company President in 2023.
